Welcome to my very ordinary but humble J-pop review blog. I’ve been a follower of Japanese pop music for over 10 years. You could say I grew up with it and compare to many Western fans who recently discovered the wonderful world of J-pop, I consider myself to be an old school fan. Through this blog as well as usual music reviews I’ll try and introduce some older music as well as keeping up with the new stuff. J-pop Chitai is a personal project that I’ve been meaning to do for a long time, a webpage to share reviews and Japanese music related stuff. I also have ideas that I want to implement in the future with the blog, I hope you will enjoy what I write. Please feel free to comment on here if there is anything you want to enquire or make any suggestions about Jpop Chitai and I’ll be happy to fulfil your requests (if it’s reasonable).

Hey I’d love to exchange links with you! I look forward to reading the reviews of someone who is so familiar with the Jpop industry!

Jpop is amazing, who’s your favorite?
btw, do you have an email or something where we can contact you?
@ crossfade, atm my favourites are Salyu, JUJU and Jasmine.
I don’t have an email to give out the moment but I guess you can contact me on Twitter: http://twitter.com/jpopchitai
Are you fluent in Japanese?
Oh and twitter doesn’t work, can’t seem to find the “Send message” option for you…
Hi,
Great site you have there. I was surprised to see the review of Stronger AI ft. Millyah Kato. I am a blogger who reviews j-pop/j-rock/j-r&b, manga anime etc. on my blog Review Carnival (http://www.reviewcarnival.blogspot.com). I would like to exchange links with you. If interested, e-mail me at elementswater13@yahoo.com and I will add your link.
Nice site. :) We’re kind of alike. I too first discovered Japanese music about ten years ago. (Also, my favorite band is Do As Infinity… XD Haha. ^^)
I came across this site so I could read a review on DAI’s album Eight. I really liked the singles, but I wasn’t sure how the album was as a whole.
Anyway, I’ll probably drop by again in the future from time to time to check out some more reviews. :)
Thanks for reading and yes you’re more than welcome to drop by again ;)
No I am not, but I’m still learning it. OK I’ve just set up my email account, just contact me through kin@jpopchitai.co.uk
